14. Refund and Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through TheSerenityPress.com are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for any products purchased, whether physical or digital.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Books, digital downloads, and related materials are non-refundable once the transaction is processed.
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, duplicate purchases, or dissatisfaction with content.
  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may, at our discretion, replace the item with the same product. To initiate a replacement request, you must provide proof of damage, such as photographs and order details.

Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately. We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions made through our Site.
